All plastikhaar employees are subject to the duty of secrecy of the Data Protection Act. Even the mere fact that an exchange of messages has taken place is subject to the duty of secrecy. The customer accepts that the the customer’s data is saved and processed by plastikhaar for order processing, bookkeeping, customer evidence and customer care. Customer records are not passed on to third parties unless this is absolutely necessary for the contract processing. plastikhaar’s contracting parties are also informed about the data protection rules and are obliged to obey them. After all, their security comes first.
